Parking at Cologne/Bonn Airport (CGN)

Travellers departing from Cologne/Bonn frequently arrive by car. The airport provides around 13,000 parking spaces in several multi-storey car parks and open-air areas – with noticeable price differences depending on location and booking time.

All parking areas are located around the terminals and are clearly signposted. Important for drivers of taller vehicles: car parks P2 and P3 have a maximum entry height of 1.95 m.

Where to Park

• P1 and P2 – directly at the terminals, shortest walking distances, ideal for short-stay parking and travellers in a hurry.
• P3 – usually the most affordable multi-storey option, but around 10 minutes on foot to the terminal.
• Open-air car park PN – a budget-friendly choice for longer trips, with a shuttle or walking connection to the terminal.

How to Save on Parking

• Book online in advance – rates are significantly lower than for walk-up entry.
• For longer trips P3 or PN is worth it; weekly rates often start at around 39 euros per week depending on the period.
• Plan your approach via the A59 motorway and follow signs to the terminals (Kennedystraße, 51147 Köln).
